The entire process of production takes place in a completely aseptic (class A) environment. It is fully automatic and untouched by human hands, eliminating any contamination risk.

The process of quality control and quality assurance starts right from the stage of procurement of raw materials to the delivery of the finished product. The quality control laboratory is well equipped, having a separate area for chemistry, instruments, and microbiology, an ultrasonic bath, a TOC (total organic counter), an LBPC (liquid-born particle counter), and a biosafety cabinet. The manufacturing facility is equipped with a Rotary FFS machine, a superheated water steriliser, and a vapour compression distillation system for the generation of WFI.
