VG Engineers Private Limited was started in June 1982 as a Private Limited Company involved in building various plants and equipment for bulk material handling systems for various process industries handling solids. VG Engineers Private Limited is a team of well qualified and experienced Engineers in each discipline with adequate staff to look after each and every field of transaction of the company including marketing, process know-how, design, engineering and project planning, procurement of raw material, quality inspection, fabrication, transport, insurance, tender evaluation, erection, preparation of drawings, commissioning and trial runs including training of personnel, energy conservation, instrumentation and electronics, submission of operating and maintenance instruction, list of spares and everything else to make the project literally turn-key. We have the experience of making the plants and equipment completely automatically controlled with the latest electronic gazettes, thus improving the efficiency. PLC-based systems, batching systems, Multiple effect Evaporators, load cell-based electronic weighing , loss in weight feeders, weigh feeders, and rate controllers can be used by us to automate the process as required by the client. We are well equipped to undertake to manufacture of all types of equipment required for our projects with complete quality control right from procurement of raw material to final testing and dispatch. We can also undertake fabrication works under any third-party inspection as and when required. We also supply equipment to any international standards including European standards.
