VIJAY COAT has world class manufacturing facilities in Ahmedabad, Gujarat with 7 manufacturing lines, machines are from BUSS AG Switzerland and APV Extruders England. We have capacity of 7000 tons per year. We have a sophisticated lab facility which includes moisture analyzer, Gel time Measurement, Spectrophotometer, Salt Spray Test, Humidity Test, Particle Size Analyzer etc for the consistent quality. VIJAY COAT provides a complete coating solution which includes Powder coating Material, Pre-treatment Chemicals and touch up spray paint. VIJAY COAT is ISO 9001:2015 certified company. VIJAY COAT has a wide range of product portfolio which also includes Wood finish powder, Fusion Bonded Epoxy, Anti- microbial coating, Heat Resistance Powder Coating, Food Grade Powder Coating, Powders with ROHS compliance. VIJAY COAT has a strong presence in more than 20 states due to its wide and strong distributor network and also exports to Kenya, Bangladesh, Iran, Uganda and UAE.
