Company developed with the new identity in the name of M/S Yash Chem to M/S Yash Chemex Private Limited in the year 2006. For more expansion into the Trading activities again the company developed with the new identity in the name of M/S Yash Chemex Private Limited to M/S Yash Chemex Limited and listed the company on BSE SME Segment (Scrip Name:YASHCHEM, Scrip code:539939). In the year 2017 Yash Group entered into the Manufacturing activities with the New identity of M/S Yasons Chemex Care Limited (A subsidiary company of M/S Yash Chemex Limited with the 65% Stake). Yasons Chemex Care Limited started manufacturing of FMCG and IMCG products. Under the FMCG segment, the company has also registered Brand name as Plxo in the year 2018. Moreover, for the expansion in manufacturing activities and for the Backward integration Yasons Chemex Care Limited acquired M/S Rishit Polysurf LLP with the 99% Stake and Remaining 1% stake of promoter(Mr.Yashvant Shah) in the year 2020. Rishit Polysurf LLP started manufacturing Speciality Chemicals of Ethylene Oxide and Propylene Oxide’s Derivatives.
