Narrow Hot Strip Mill

ASPM provides Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Commissioning solutions for complete Narrow and Medium Hot strip mills ranging from strip width of 100 to 710 mm and thickness ranging from 0.8 to 5.0 mm. We have supplied more than 15 strip mills across India. The primary function of the hot strip mill (HSM) is to reheat the semi-finished steel slabs (rolled or continuously cast) to the rolling temperatures and then to roll them thinner. We take pride in saying that we have list of satisfied customers using Continuous strip Mills which are fully automatic and thus the human intervention in the running mill is negligible. The mills supplied by us has the feature of widh and gauge variation control. We help set up Narrow Strip mills in lieu of the Mega Strip Mills at reasonable project costs.
