A modest beginning of the group was done by visionary Late Shri Balkrishan Aggarwal. The group began its activities in re-rolling business at Sihor near Bhavnagar. As a result of their policies & ideals viz., honesty, transparency, excellence and value for money, the Group grew by leaps & bounds.The vision of the founder resulted in backward & forward integration like Ship Recycling, Induction Furnace, Con-Cast, large size Re-Rolling mills manufacturing Billets, Angles, Channels, Bars and Joists of different sizes. The group has diversified and excelled in the fields of manufacturing Steel Tubes and Pipes, Alloy Steel, Low Ash Metallurgical Coke, Industrial Gases and processing of the finest variety of Dry Fruits. Most recently, the group expanded its portfolio and forayed into timber industry, manufacturing Ply Wood , flush doors and block boards. The group has also been very active in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility.
