Founded in 2003 by Mr. Bipin Patel, Allchem Laboratories has grown into a premier player in the bulk drug intermediate industry. Mr. Patel, a distinguished M.Sc. graduate in Organic Chemistry from M.S. University of Baroda (1994 batch), brings over 28 years of extensive experience and R&D expertise to the company. Allchem Laboratories started with a small laboratory and a pilot plant focused on synthesizing molecules at mg-gm-kg levels. With a commitment to excellence, Mr. Patel developed over 200+ molecules, exporting them to Europe, Japan, USA, and also catering to the Indian market. Recognizing the need for a larger facility to meet increasing customer demand, Mr. Patel acquired land to construct a 36 KL capacity plant in 2010, which was commissioned in 2013 with all necessary legal permissions. The new facility includes an in-house QA/QC department to ensure adherence to the highest quality standards. In 2017, Allchem Laboratories was acquired by Allchem Lifescience Pvt Ltd. Due to continued high demand from customers, the company underwent a second expansion in 2018, increasing capacity to 174 KL. This expansion is expected to be fully utilized within 2-3 years. Consequently, in 2020, plans for a third significant expansion were initiated, almost fivefold of the 2018 capacity, in four phases to meet customer expectations, deliver on commitments, and commercialize the developments made over the last 20 years. In 2024, Allchem Lifescience Pvt. Ltd. was convert in to Allchem Lifescience Ltd. Our focus has been on solving the challenges of the process manufacturing industries with continuous innovation in research and development. We have consistently invested in cutting-edge technologies and resources to enhance the efficiency and scalability of our products at a commercial level. Over the last three years, these efforts have led to the expansion of our facilities, making them suitable for all types of chemical reactions and supporting the development of both Pharmaceuticals and Specialty Chemicals.
