Automatic CIP unit for BMC

Automatic Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) is an integrated automatic cleaning process designed to maintain hygiene and cleaning of Bulk Milk Cooler with minimum intervention of human. Auto CIP Unit features a programmable interface with ease to amend/ add programs, timelines, dosing, etc. The CIP System cleans pipelines, valves, pumps and tanks. Features: • Automatic dosing of chemicals and water • Pre-installed multiple CIP module • Provision of recovery heater in case of hot water temperature below 45℃ • Elimination of manual intervention to ensure proper cleaning • Provision of manual selection in case of power or system failure
