Ice chamber

Ice chamber helps in keeping the milk temperature in control till the time it is transported to the nearest chilling centre. It is a cylindrical chamber which has to be kept submerged in the milk can to reduce the temperature of milk and keep it low for some time duration. This is very useful in the areas where chilling centres are not in very close proximity to the farmers.
