Alpine Containers Private Limited, established in 2004, has a rich history rooted in the printing and packaging industry. Founded by Harish Gulati, who started his entrepreneurial journey in 1975 with candle manufacturing and later a printing press, the company has evolved significantly. After a fire setback in 1979, the focus shifted to labels and packaging. The company expanded in 1985 and upgraded to offset printing in 1994. In 2003, Harish's son Vipul joined, leading to the establishment of Karton Kraft Packers for corrugated boxes and subsequently Alpine Containers Private Limited in 2004. The company invested in advanced machinery, including a 5-ply automatic corrugation plant in 2012 and an eight-color Gallus label press in 2015, pioneering PSA label manufacturing in Jammu and Kashmir. Further expansion occurred with a new unit in Gujarat in 2016, which became operational in 2021. Today, Alpine Containers operates from 170,000 sq. ft. across three locations and employs 250 people, with plans for modernization and exponential growth in the label business.
