Description

Low Pressure Die Casting, the molten aluminium metal is pumped from a sealed furnace, and the pressure holds the metal in the die until it solidifies. The molten metal slowly fills the die, reducing turbulence allows the achievement of castings with excellent metallurgical quality. Roots Cast (RCPL)'s LPDC machine has a state-of-the-art technology machine. Digital proportional controlled Air/Water/Mist cooling lines cast suitable metallurgical components and produce casting weight from 500 Grams to 35 Kg (1 lbs to 77 lbs) in LPDC.
