Gravity Die Casting Components

Gravity Die Casting is a permanent mould casting process where the molten metal is poured into the permanent mould from a ladle. The mould cavity fills with no force other than gravity, and filling can be controlled by tilting the die. Roots Cast (RCPL) has Horizontal Clamping & Tiltable Gravity Die Casting machines and has customized Stand-alone tool facilities, and can produce casting weight in the range of 150 Grams to 75 Kgs in GDC (1.30 lbs to 165 lbs).
