Mysore Fruit Products Limited (MFPL) was set up in 1957 to cater to the intrinsic needs of the Indian Defence services. The company was later bought over by Mr. Audikesavulu, a multifaceted businessman with varied business interests. Under his able stewardship, MFPL has today carved its own niche in the highly competitive global food-processing arena. MFPL's three high-tech, aseptic processing and packaging plants at Bangalore, Veerasandra, Bagalur, Palamner and Baghalkote are well equipped with avant-grade infrastructure to facilitate fruitful operations. MFPL's Total Quality Assurance Programme (TQAP) ensures that the company's products radiate premier quality standards. The company comprehensive inhouse TQA labs conduct regular chemical, physical and microbiological tests to ensure highest product standards. And now, under the proficient directorship of Mrs. D.A. Thejeshwari, MFPL plans has set up India's first high-tech Food Technology Park. This facility will provide the entire range of basic infrastructure to manufacturers and marketing agencies of processed fruit products. MFPL's excellent performance in manufacturing and export have already won them numerous prestigious international awards including Monde Selection for high quality standards.
