About
ApiCare is a smallholder honey collective from Sikkim, India's only fully organic state. Three things make this work — a story, the people behind it, and a traceability system that makes every claim independently verifiable. We started in 2020 with a single hypothesis: if you could verify exactly who produced each jar of honey, the middleman becomes optional. Five years and 125 beekeepers later, that hypothesis became a company.
