Tranter Inc. is a global company based in the U.S.A. and has manufacturing centers with plate pressing facilities in USA, Sweden, China, and India (Pune) along with a host of assembly shops worldwide. Tranter Group is one of the largest manufacturers of plate heat exchangers in the world with presence in more than 35 countries across the globe. The plates are manufactured from a direct coil feed ensuring “zero” manual intervention. The pressed plates undergo a series of tests like dye penetrant test, Ultra violet crack detection tests, press depth measurements amongst others. Tranter India is equipped with a state of the art Research and Development (R & D) Division. The R & D division houses all modern instruments to qualify a new product and to conduct performance tests. We also conduct pressure drop related experiments on plates by simulating different flow conditions across various channel patterns. Tranter offers a wide variety of Welded PHEs for applications which limit the use of gasketted PHEs due to gasket incompatibility or due to high pressure and temperature operating conditions.
