Description
The INSTABEX KA & KB series is employed as stabilizer cum kicker along with blowing agents like azo-di-carbonamide. Production of satisfactory chemically blown foam depends on the correct selection of polymer, plasticizer, filler and blowing agent. These kickers reduce decomposition temp. of the blowing agent, provide adequate thermal stability and control evolution of gas. Incorporation of epoxy in the formulation will improve heat stability, aging properties and also assist in better formation.
