Establish 4 decades of continuous journey from 1974 has made Aryvart Chemical Private Limited (ACPL) a single source of performance chemical for paint and polymer industry. In 1978, ACPL expanded to a bigger facility in Taloja. With a philosophy of “Change is the only constant” & “make it better”, ACPL ventured into PVC Stabilizers and rubber additives, setting up a new facility in Jalgaon, Maharashtra with an area of 20,000 sq. meters. 42 years of experience has made ACPL products a well-established name in the polymer & paint industry. In April 2019, ACPL was acquired by Osian India - Group, a group with interests in Oleochemicals, metals, various plastic & rubber chemicals, and beauty & personal care products.
