Description
ATS started manufacturing steam turbine valve internals for OEM’s. These components have specially engineered coatings and hard facing / cladding (Cobalt & Nickel based materials) to enhance performance and service life of the components. We supply the components to BHEL- Haridwar, Varanasi and Siemens to name a few. We refurbish and repair the steam turbine rotor bearing journal by Thermal spray process. Our state of art plant in Ahmedabad (India) is equipped with robotic coating facility, precision grinders and machine tools with DRO system.
