Efficient, non-stop vertical transfer systems designed for high-throughput applications. Perfect for packaging lines, warehouses, and multi-level production setups.

Continuous Vertical Conveyor (CVC-500)

is a continuous vertical lifter conveyor to transfer product between different floors. Depending on the product, weight, shape and size, the CVC-500 has transfer capacity of maximum 1200 shipments/per hour. The continuous lifter can be used to transfer different types of products like carton boxes, bags, bins, Totes, drums, luggage, between floors. Fork picks up shipments from one floor and transfers to other floor guided with precision track rollers for smooth and silent operation. Different loading and unloading configuration enables shipments to be picked from any floor and transfer to any floor at an extremely small foot print.

Design

Modular design platform enables to convert from manual to semi-automatic to fully-automatic systems at marginal increase in cost.

Speed

We use simple induction motor drive system for low speed to all servo control to provide precise high speed transfer.

Operation & Maintenance

Lifters are designed to operate for long life.
With little preventive maintenance, our lifters works with out any fuss.
Optional smart control systems can provide the information of maintenance needs.

Build and Finish

Lifters are constructed with high strength steel frame that is painted.
In case of special requirements, we manufacture with stainless steel to meet specific compliance or standards requirements.
