We manufacture case erectors and case sealers for different applications and requirements those demand speed, modularity, easy change over and price. We have horizontal and vertical loaded case erectors specifically designed for different applications.

We manufacture case erectors and case sealers for different applications and requirements those demand speed, modularity, easy change over and price. We have horizontal and vertical loaded case erectors specifically designed for different applications.

Design

  • All the packaging machines are designed asper GAMP-5 guidelines to meet international food and pharma standards.
  • Modular design platform enables to convert from manual to semi-automatic to fully-automatic systems at marginal increase in cost.

Speed

  • We use pneumatic and motorised system with manual setting for low speed to all servo control to provide precise high speed case erection with on the fly adjustment to meet wide range of speed requirement

Operation & Maintenance

  • Speed is also about production changeover.
  • All adjustments are made quickly with out any need of special tools.
  • Our thoughtful design features virtually eliminates costly and time-consuming downtime.

Build and Finish

  • Regular case erectors are constructed with high strength steel frame that is painted.
  • In case of special requirements, we manufacture with stainless steel to meet specific compliance or standards requirements.

Horizontal Loaded Case Erectors (HCE)

In horizontal loaded case erector, unfolded cartons are loaded on sides. Different loading configurations are available like RHS, LHS, Conveyorized loading platforms. Pneumatic operated for low speed (<10 cases/min) and servo operated (<15 cases/min) and high speed case erectors to handle over 20 cases/min.

Vertical Loaded Case Erectors (VCE)

VCE vertical case erector that occupies little space unlike horizontal case erectors. Carton stacks are loaded on top of the case erector. Quick change systems with scale help to accomodate different carton sizes. Pneumatic operated for low speed (<10 cases/min) and servo operated (<15 cases/min) and high speed case erectors to handle over 20 cases/min.
