BRFL Textiles Private Limited (BTPL) is a fabric processing company that houses the largest single-roof fabric processing unit in India at Tarapur, Maharashtra, with 400,000 meters per day capacity. We are engaged in manufacturing a wide range of fabrics such as cotton, linen, giza cotton, viscose, polyester, tencel, modal, lycra, along with their blends under our brands, viz. Bombay Rayon, BRFL, LinenVogue - La Classe`, Giza Classe`, Dickens & Browne and others. We are one of the most sought-after fabric manufacturers with a strong presence in the B2B and B2C space along with long-standing relations with leading global as well as domestic apparels brands. BTPL was incorporated as a separate entity in August 2020 as part of a restructuring process undertaken by Bombay Rayon Fashions Limited in which it hived-off its Yarn Dyeing & Fabric Processing plant located in Tarapur (Maharashtra, India) into BTPL by way of a slump sale on a going concern basis. All the brands were transferred to BTPL as part of this slump sale. Post the slump-sale, a consortium of marquee financial investors led by JM Financial India Fund II (an Indian growth private equity fund), Think Investments (a San Francisco-based investment firm), and others infused equity capital into BTPL for growth of the business.
