Description
Electrically Calcined Anthracite is manufactured by heating high-grade anthracite coal to temperatures as high as 3000 degrees Celsius in a DC Electric Calciner to obtain a semi-graphitized product. ECA is used primarily for making electrode paste, ramming paste and cathode blocks for aluminium cells.
