The DFL Laboratory is NABL ISO/IEC 17025 certified, which facilitates in maintaining consistently high quality. The fasteners go through strict quality checks at every stage of the process, achieving near zero-defect results. Further, Deepak Fasteners excels in a variety of coatings done in-house, designed to provide required protection in different environments, e.g. Hot Dip Galavanizing, Mechanical Galvanizing, Electroplating (Zinc & Copper Cadmium), PTFE Coating, Zinc-Al Flake Coating (Geomet, Delta Protect) and Unbrako wiscoat coating.
