Econ Antri Limited, established in 1989, is primarily engaged in manufacturing of Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers having strong project execution capabilities, a healthy financial base, and enviable growth prospects. Presently, company has two manufacturing units. First unit at Antri, District Gwalior, (MP) was established in the year 1989 with an initial manufacturing capacity of 15,000 sleepers per month. The first expansion in the production line at Antri was done in the year 1993-94 with additional capacity for manufacturing turnout sleepers. Capacity enhancement for manufacturing 1 in 12 turnout, 1 in 8.5 turnout and derailing switch turnouts was done in the same year. In the year 2008-09, the capacity expansion by constructing a new shed in same premises was executed and total capacity of 40,525 was created at Antri (Capacity expansion letter no. -------- dated issued by RDSO). The company received a Letter of Appreciation from the Ministry of Railways, New Delhi for the highest production ever in the financial year 2009-10 for producing 2,78,087 units of concrete sleepers from a single plant of Antri and has the distinction of being the first manufacturer for Indian Railways to manufacture Diamond Crossing Sleepers (Without Slip, Single Slip & Double Slip) which have been successfully laid in the tracks at various regions of Indian Railways. In 2014, as the business kept growing, the Econ Antri Limited brought an extension to its production line by adding a new Pre-stressed Concrete Sleeper Plant at Chola, District Bulandshahar (U.P.) with a total installed manufacturing capacity of 25,000 Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers per month. At present, both plants together have a total installed capacity of producing 65,525 units of pre-stressed concrete sleepers per month, as assessed by RDSO (Research Designs and Standard Organisations), Lucknow. Econ Antri Limited is ISO 9001:2015 accredited for both manufacturing units at Antri, Gwalior (MP) and Chola, Bulandshahr (UP). Having crossed more than three decades in the field of manufacture of Pre-stressed Concrete Sleepers and possessing a long experience, our unit is one of the top manufacturing units in the field of quality assessed by the RDSO, Lucknow. We have a huge experience of working with Indian Railways and its subsidiaries like Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL), Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES), Indian Railways Construction Limited (IRCON), and Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India (DFCCIL) and also, for all the other reputed private sector companies like Tata Projects Limited (TPL), TATA ALDESA (JV), Larsen & Toubro Limited, Anand Projects Limited (Bajaj Group), Kalindee Rail Nirman (Engineers) Limited, etc who are engaged in the Rail network and projects.
