Anuga FoodTec India 2026 is the 20th edition of India's leading trade fair for food and beverage technology, organised by Koelnmesse YA Tradefair in association with the All India Food Processors Association. The 3-day show is held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. The show focuses on food processing machinery, packaging, ingredients, cooling, refrigeration, automation and safety. It is regarded as the most important food-tech platform in South Asia.
