Flowcon Engineer India Private Limited is situated in Coimbatore and engaged in manufacturing of pumps and spares for various applications. The company is established in the year 2002 in the name of Equipment Engineers Trading Company which was undertaking various development activities like development of pump parts for the imported pumps by means of reverse engineering. Team of experienced engineers of different field of manufacturing with strong team of work force is strength of our company. With experience and expertise gained by means of different development jobs executed, we have entered in to manufacturing Slurry Pumps from 2007 in the name and style of "FLOWCON". Our slurry pumps are heavy duty with high hardness wear parts to suit the nature of the liquid handled. These pumps are basically capable of handling two phase heterogeneous solid-liquid mixture like iron ore slurry, red mud slurry, bauxite slurry, ash slurry, sand slurry, lime slurry, etc., Our unit equipped with required Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Control, Inspection, Testing, etc. We are having full fledged in house machining facilities apart from our sub vendor. We source our input raw materials like castings from very reputed foundries which are subject to rigorous quality checks to ensure the defect free casting. All the pressure parts are tested for Hydrostatic Testing, Shafts are subjected to Ultrasonic Test and Impellers are Dynamically Balanced. All the pumps are tested for performance, noise level, and vibration and bearing temperature as per relevant IS/ASTM/H IS's standards. Our pumps already in operation in different application in plant like Steel, Aluminum, Cement, Coal Washery, Power Plant and their field performance is proved.
