Fortune Polyester Foams are as versatile as the polyether foams. The coarse texture and grip of the polyester foam is due to the high proportion of opened cells in the polyurethane. They are endowed with high chemical resistance, and display higher sound absorption than polyether foams. The porous open cells give the polyester foams a high viscosity rate, thus showing exceptional physical properties like superior solvency and resistance to abrasions - qualities unavailable in other types of polyurethane foams.
