IEC’S Vacuum Gas Chlorinators are completely safe in comparison to the pressure chlorinators as any loss of the vacuum causes the gas supply to be shut off instantly and automatically. The principle involves mixing an auxiliary supply of water with chlorine gas. The concentrated solution of chlorine is then injected into the water. The DRY HEATER® uses electric heating to heat or vaporize the fluids through an isolated flow-path. In this design the fluid never contacts the electrical heating element which brings three key benefits to your application. The direct steam injection heater is the most efficient way of heating liquids which can permit the addition of a small amount of condensate into the process. The DSI heater works by the principle of direct steam injection at Mach 1 velocity into the process liquid. IEC'S PURER Series Odour Control System is an advanced two-stage biological system that provides effective odour control. The first stage is a bio trickling reactor where oxidizing bacteria's are used to oxidize hydrogen sulphide (H2S), Ammonia (NH3) and other odorous compounds.
