Jalan Carbons & Chemicals Pvt Ltd is promoted by first generations entrepreneurs who made their humble beginning in 1995 with a 500 TPA plant. The company under the leadership of Sri Ajay Mohan Jalan, Chairman, grew from strength to strength. The belief system of Growth & Innovation saw the organization expanding from 500 TPA to 75,000 TPA in two decades’ time and to become one of India’s top Coal Tar processing companies. The chemicals division (JCCPL) of the group is having two units, one at Jamshedpur in Jharkhand and the other at Talcher in Odisha. JCCPL is proud of developing various specialty carbon based chemicals and products, which have reduced the dependency on imports of these products.
