Incorporated in the year 1983, LAMCO Industries Pvt Ltd, which began with a meager capital, has today become a company, which has a turnover around Rs.70 Crores (14.28 million US$) and has a dedicated workforce of over 200 people. It was the vision of Mr Kondala Rao to take Andhra Pradesh, especially Hyderabad to the forefront in the industrial development. He sensed that Hyderabad had the dearth in the electrical equipment manufacturing area, and decided to establish an industry in this segment. The result is the stupendous success of LAMCO. LAMCO is today leader in the field of electrical equipment manufacture in the country and the reason for the same is the dedication, which was imbibed into the work culture of LAMCO right from the founder to the smallest of the workforce in the company.
