The JV has its state-of-art manufacturing footprint at Chakan, near Pune spread over 40,000 sq. Ft. It is IATF 16949: 2019 and DUNS certified. MKLC has several injection moulding machines ranging from 50T to 650T, A 6-Axis fully Robotic Paint line with IR & UV coating solutions, Optical laser engraving machines with Day & Night backlite technology, pad printing and ultrasonic welding machines. To add value to its customers, JNV ventures has also backward integrated into Mould manufacturing by setting up its own Central Engineering & Tool Development centre to provide a complete end to end solution. Through its commitment to manufacturing with cleaner, sustainable and innovative processes, MKLC also has access to the technology of Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) process through its JV partner.
