The NEZONE Group's portfolio comprises electrical resistance welding (ERW) tubes available in black and galvanized variants, as well as cold-rolled strips, precision tubes, CEW/CDW tubes, hollow steel sections (RHS/SHS), air preheater tubes, idle pipes, and a host of interconnected offerings. With the introduction of novel products in the Power & Construction Sector, such as Black and galvanised Swaged Steel Tubular Poles, Octagonal and High Mast Poles, Transmission Tower and Substation Lines, Metal Crash Barrier, Pre Engineered Building and Scaffoldings & structures, it has expanded its repertoire. The group has multiple facilities situated in the states of Assam, Meghalaya, West Bengal, Odisha and Tamil Nadu. Collectively, these plants boast a substantial annual production capacity of 6,00,000 metric tons and an approximate annual turnover surpassing Rs. 4000 crores approx. It has fully integrated manufacturing units that are ISO 9001:2015 certified. With the largest kettle in the Northeast part of India, a new generation galvanizing plant with a capacity of 1,00,000 MT per annum can be expanded to 1,50,000 MT per annum. Right from inspecting raw materials, to slitting, tube formation, sizing, annealing, galvanizing fabrication, and even packaging, it maintains stringent control at every stage, making sure everything that passes the assembly lines, passes the test of quality.
