Rabbit Mark Modern Rice Mill was established in the year 1980 by Mr. A.N Mohammed Rafi and Mr. A.N Abdul Rahiman. The mill is located in a quaint town named Pallavoor, which is surrounded by lush green paddy fields. It is 23 km away from Palakkad town and 30 km from Palakkad Railway Station. When it comes to rice, the Palakkad region in Kerala is considered one of the most fertile regions in India. Traditionally, it has been known for its supply of high-quality rice, and Rabbit Mark has ensured that this tradition continues by using state-of-the-art processing techniques and producing varieties of rice to provide an authentic experience that stays true to the traditional Palakkad Matta Rice. The rice mill has its own set of rice harvesting machines which help them get high-quality rice within hours of harvesting. Rabbit Mark is especially known for the broken rice and Payasam rice, enriching and preserving the taste of Kerala. The paddies are processed using automated machines without compromising on authenticity and assuring high quality. The rice once procured is dried and then stored in warehouses for a year so that it retains the same taste and flavor.
