With graduating from a Trader during initial days to Semi Manufacturer in 1994 redefining and establishing as Paradise Rubbers Pvt Ltd. 2017 another leap as Fulledged Manufacturer. Product Plethora covering Conveyor Belts, Transmission Belts, Specialized Belts, Conveyor Belt Accessories, Engineered Belts. Semi Manufacturing Activities covers representing Esbelt since 1994 and building a long term trusted relation and representation in India. Technical Capabilities have been build with every passing days and Troubleshooting at every Customer Locations. This is the core of our Customer Retention years after years. The Manufacturing Activities cover Engineered Belts - with Elastomer Coating to Suit Multiple Applications with a varied Cover Properties. Which are OEM specific and End User specific. Our own Research & Development is moving ahead with developing Specialized Rubber belts as Import Substitution. Customization is the Key to Customer Satisfaction. Rubber Division; The company houses all rubber processing machines to compound, build and construct, cure and finish the belts to individual specs capable to manufacture Special Purpose Niche Elastomer Coated Belts having its application into both Primary and Secondary Stage of Food Packaging; Like the VFFS Machines – Friction and Vacuum Types, Package Labelling, Package Bottling and Labelling, Folder & Gluer Equipments. Light Belting Division; The Company has technical tie-up with ESBELT, Spain for - PVC, PU, Polyolefin Conveyor Belts The Belts confirm to USFDA, EU FDA Compliances, Cut and Abrasion Resistance, High Resistances to Vegetable and Animal Oils and Fats, Mineral and Corrosive Oils, Antistatic Properties. At the factory the Company houses state of art equipments for Jointing and Value Addition using High Frequency Equipments for Fixing of Cleats and SW. The Company boasts a large Customer Base into numerous Industrial Sectors. The Rubber Conveyor Belts too have a large spread application with the Customized Made to Specificity facility, the company manufactures Chevron Belts, Cleated and Side Wall Belts, Patterned and Rough Top Belts to suit various rigorous applications.
