Pathak Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. Group was founded by LATE Sh. PYARELAL JI PATHAK (D.O.B-26/09/1926), born in Ludhiana in a family of teachers had an Industrial mind with dream of going into Machine Tools Business. He started his career working on a Milling machine at Rs. 30/- per month from 1942 - 48 for this reason; logo of PATHAK MACHINES is a Milling machine duly registered worldwide. The machine on which he worked is now well preserved as a ‘GREAT MEMENTO’ in the family home at Ludhiana. Since 1960 PATHAK INDUSTRIES was in a small room in Teratty Bazar which is still the Registered Office of PATHAK group of companies and PATHAK family members. The three most important factors that the company deeply believes in are HONESTY, HARD WORK AND LUCK which has built the pillar of our astronomical achievement and hence our motto being “COMPLETE CUSTOMER’S SATISFACTION” since 1960. His only son, Mr. Jagdish Pathak, Managing Director of this Group has enormous contributions in developing Pathak Machines in its present shape & size as the world finds it today with export to more than 40 countries. At “PYARA-DHAM” warehouse of Indian machines and exclusive showroom of Imported European Machines, more than 500 machines are on display for immediate trial and demonstration. Now 3rd generation is into business, Mr. Yogesh Pathak, Engineering Graduate from Canada has made this group a multinational one with a big establishment at U.A.E since 1995 to cater world’s market. Mr. Ritesh Pathak, MBA from London, who takes care of the Manufacturing, Marketing and Quality Control activities at Ludhiana, the original city that the organisation belongs to.We have introduced machines with the latest technology for the better promotion and production of the work with easy compatibility and user skills. We plan to open new showroom in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar and Jamshedpur in the near future for better sale network.
