Over the years, the company has undergone several restructuring and acquisitions, including SPAL Italy buying a 51% equity in the manufacturing business and later increasing it to 70%. The company has established manufacturing plants and offices in various locations including Pune, Pant Nagar, Singapore, Japan, and recently in Ghiloth, Rajasthan.
