Polymer Papers Limited is a highly motivated, experienced group of individuals focused on machine designing, building, and manufacturing of filter equipment, filters, filter paper, and filter components. They are manufacturers, suppliers, and exporters of special purpose machines for manufacturing filters, filter paper, adhesives, and testing equipment for filters and filter components. The company was incorporated in 1974 and has its registered office in New Delhi, with manufacturing facilities in Faridabad (Haryana), Muzaffarnagar (UP), and a third facility in western India. They have a continuous upstream growth rate and are headed by a Managing Director under the superintendence of a broad-based Board of Directors. The day-to-day activities are managed by professionals, and they employ 180 dedicated employees with 83 staff members. Polymer Papers Ltd. is one of the largest filter paper manufacturers in its region and is the only one in Asia with its own base paper and impregnation facility. Their Polypa base saturated product range covers cellulose base media from 92 to 250 grammages, using imported pulps. They also use 100% cotton linter pulp base paper crepe and have developed various crepe grades for fuel application filter paper. The company is expanding its capacity and specialty filter paper production with imported machinery from Germany. They are a major supplier of filter paper to Indian Railways for locomotive filters and also supply to vehicle manufacturers in India through filter manufacturers.
