Molecular sieves type 4A are zeolites having a three-dimensional Sodium alumina-silicate framework of molecular sieves. The crystal structure is A type, and the pore opening of 4 angstroms. Molecular sieves type 4A-N are crystalline alumino-silicate with SiO 2 , Al 2 O 3 as 2:1. It is formed by an extensive cross linking of AlO 4 and SiO 4 tetrahedra, resulting in a uniform pore opening of 4 angstroms. APPLICATIONS: Moisture removal/drying from associated gas (LPG) down to dew point of around -90 o C Simultaneous removal of moisture and CO 2 from gaseous streams Organic liquid drying Removal of moisture & CO 2 from feed air to cryogenic plants (N 2 -O 2 plant) Air drying for dew point less than 60 o C PACKING : MOCEL- 4A-N is shipped in 150 kg sealed MS drums of 210 ltrs. capacity.
