We have been maintaining a zero discharge plant to preserve the natural balance of the environment. The discharged water then percolates through the soil through sand and gravel beds. This recharges the earth’s soil bed and water can be utilized for irrigation and cultivation of coconut trees as well as for gardening. The CIP (Clean In Place) system of sterilization is used to sterilize all the product water lines and also to remove all type of microbes in entire production lines. A state-of-the-art Air Handling Unit (AHU) is used to keep the air fresh all the time.
