Ramind Cold Forge, acquired by Indimet in 2004 to meet the growing demand for cold-forged components, has since become a leader in innovative forging techniques. In 2011, the combined expertise of Ramind and Indimet led to the establishment of a state-of-the-art 60,000-square-foot facility on five acres in Ranipet, India. Our R&D team has pioneered a cutting-edge cold-forging process that allows for the precise shaping of complex components, including valve housings, using exotic alloys. This innovative method minimizes material loss, offering customers high-performance components at a significantly lower cost than traditional machining. Ramind’s cold-forging technologies are protected by five international patents, underscoring our commitment to innovation and quality. We continue to push the boundaries of cold-forging, consistently improving our processes to deliver superior, cost-effective components to our global clientele.

To make sure that our products are in accordance with product requirements and quality guidelines like ISO 9000 and/or TS 16949, Indimet performs statistical process control (spc), continuing quality audits, and pre-shipment inspections. Stringent tests are taken out by our quality control engineers, including pre-shipment inspection, surface finish tests, independent audits, CMM, digital height master, and digital height master. Our facility is in accordance with quality guidelines set forth by IATF 16949
