RAY Flameproof Private Limited established in 2020 is an ISO-9001-2015 | ISO-45001:2018 | ISO-14001:2015 certified manufacturer of Flameproof / Weather proof / Increased Safety / Intrinsically Safe Electrical equipment including Control Panels, Distribution Boards, MCC, Local Control Stations, Junction Boxes, Cable Glands etc., for use in Zone 1 & 2, 21 & 22 suitable for Gas Groups IIA, IIB, IIB+H2, IIC as per IS/IEC60079 standards. The company has all processes in-house — from foundry, machining, assembly, painting, and quality checks to 3D designing — all under one roof at our facility in Bhiwadi, NCR Delhi. The company is engaged in the Flameproof Industry since the last 35 years. Started by Mr. Sunil Kumar Ray, a distinguished Scientist with CIMFR (Central Institute for Mining & Fuel Research), earlier known as CMRS, Dhanbad, Jharkhand, India. His vision and competence have contributed to many of the established manufacturers of today in India. His knowledge and designs are still used by existing Indian manufacturers globally. The Registered Office of RAY Flameproof Private Limited is located in New Delhi with a marketing team of experienced engineers. Our Foundry at Bhiwadi is fully equipped with aluminum melting furnaces of 650kg and 350kg capacities, with trained manpower ensuring precision casting and quality. Aluminium sand castings up to 650kg in a single pour are done with EOT cranes and geared ladles. All aluminum ingots are tested for chemical composition before and after casting using a BRUKER spectrometer. The facility includes advanced machining tools for manufacturing precision flameproof and weatherproof enclosures. We have a range of machines - VMCs and Radial Drill Machines for accurate machining, drilling, tapping processes to ensure quality. The business, now in its second generation, continues the legacy of Flameproof Consulting Agency — a global exporter of explosion-proof enclosure systems and accessories for over 35 years.
