It provides the most reliable and affordable products of high quality and workmanship which match the international standards. There is a well-established infrastructure to produce various bicycle parts and auto parts inside our well - integrated workshops covering an area of 50000 sq. ft. The roots of our company lie in the soil of ‘BHARAT WIRES LTD.’ which was founded under the expertise of ‘Mr. Surinder Kumar Aggarwal’ in the year 1969 in Ludhiana. Eversince its inception we have followed our basic policy of maintaining Hi - Tech Quality coupled with economic price factors. At present, we have a product line which includes BB Cartridges, BB Semi Cartridge and Hub as Tier 1 Supplier for Hero Cycles, Hero Ecotech, Avon, TI Cycles, Navyug Naamdhari and Hero Exports. We are the only suppliers of BB Cartridge all over India and our product is exclusively made by less than 10 manufacturers in the world. We currently occupy 75% of India’s BB Cartridge market share and we have recently tripled our capacities to start exporting to Sri Lanka, Poland and Colombia, as we aim for global recognition. Our quality surpasses most competitors and we aim to be the global market leader of BB Cartridges with the best quality in the cheapest rates. We also manufacture and supply auto parts such as machine housing for Talbros, one of the top Tier 1 suppliers of the automotive industry. Each passing year has been a source of inspiration and has boosted our confidence. We also provide heat treatment and zinc plating facilities for various suppliers of Maruti Suzuki Ltd, Hero MotoCorp Ltd, Honda Motor Company Ltd. Our next task is advancing the quality and technology of BB Cartridges and introducing variants that are used to manufacture e-bikes. Initially, we have tied up with Mahindra & Mahindra. However, we plan to supply these models to every e-bike manufacturer in India within 6 months.
