SSPL, which was incorporated in January 1995, is engaged in manufacture and sale of synthetic fabrics, both grey and finished. The manufacturing facility at Bhilwara, Rajasthan, has around 450 looms. KPPL was purchased by SSPL in 2001. The company manufactures and trades in synthetic fabrics, both grey and finished. It has two manufacturing facilities at Bhilwara, Rajasthan with 105 looms. SPPL, formerly known as Suzuki Synthetics Pvt Ltd, was purchased by SSPL in 2016. This company is engaged in dyeing, processing, and printing of fabric. It was promoted by Mr HP Maheshwari and his son, Mr Vishal Inani, and was engaged in trading activity till 1998. In September 2016, due to financial and operational issues, the current promoters took over the company and in January 2017, it was renamed as SPPL. STL was promoted earlier by different groups and was into the textile business of weaving and processing of fabric and RMG. however, the same went into bankruptcy and then was acquired by Saileela Group in fiscal 2024. The current unit has 148 Sulzer looms. The company is engaged in manufacturing and selling synthetic fabrics both grey and finished fabric. Operations are managed by the promoter, Mr Nand Lal Jalan, along with Mr Navin Jalan.
