Shiballoy was established in 1983 in a technical collaboration with TOSHIBA TUNGALLOY Co Ltd Japan, with a single minded focus on making the best Carbide Burrs. In India, Shiballoy is synonymous with carbide burr / deburring tool / burr bit. Shiballoy caters to automotive, aerospace, railways, ship yards, power generation, steel / alloy casting, fabrication industries – from the small to the largest corporations. Shiballoy burrs are 100% manufactured in our 20,000 sq. ft. factory at Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We believe in using the highest quality raw materials and have invested heavily in the latest CNC manufacturing and inspection equipment. No effort is spared to ensure the consistency of quality and precision which our customers have come to expect from Shiballoy. Support equipment for power back up, compressed air requirements, coolant filtration and grinding oil chilling, and a demo/test centre for evaluating burr performance completes the factory. The biggest advantage for Shiballoy is the team of dedicated and experienced staff. All new team members go through an extensive training process and apprentice with experienced employees. Shiballoy ensures traceability of all batches of raw material, burrs produced and finally despatched to customer as a core feature of our ERP system. We have been able to diagnose or predict problems and perform corrective action based on this data, thereby increasing customer satisfaction. Our manufacturing philosophy is to pre-empt demand and deliver from stock. Usual delivery times are same day despatch by courier. International customers in Europe-USA-Australia can expect shipments to reach them in approximately a weeks’ time. Shiballoy is an ISO9001-2015 certified facility.
