MOSI2 45˚ bent element

When electrical connections can’t be made above the roof, bent elements are used. Because of the maximum permitted heating zone length, the furnace may occasionally be too high to allow the installation of elements suspended from the roof. In such cases, elements with bent terminals or heating zones must be installed. The majority of elements are bent in the cold end, but they can be bent in the hot section as well. The cold terminals of the MOSI2 45 bent element are bent at a 45 degree angle. This enables the installation of several rows of such heating elements on a furnace wall, as well as the control of power at various levels within the furnace.
