Our modern manufacturing facility located in Howrah, West Bengal, has been designed to cGMP standards with the latest technology and machinery to ensure the highest quality products for our Indian and international customers. In our 30,000 sq.ft. facility that is built according to cGMP guidelines, we maintain global standards of manufacturing. We have a well-equipped quality lab where we undertake extensive testing for quality assurance and control at each step of the manufacturing process. We pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene throughout the manufacturing process. To ensure this, we have segregated raw material receiving and finished good dispatch bays, dedicated solvent storage and chemical mixing areas, as well as separate storage areas for raw material, scrap, and finished goods. Staff hygiene practices are implemented at every level, including a changing/gowning room for everyone on the floor. Our production hall with hygiene flooring and walls is kept under positive pressure and is supplied with treated fresh air with requisite air changes. We believe in implementing conscious manufacturing practices to reduce our impact on the environment by adopting zero solid waste discharge, using environmentally safe LPG fuel, and recirculating heating to reduce fuel consumption.
