In 1995 an enterprise took shape namely Skill Precision Balls Pvt. Ltd. in the industrious city of Rajkot at Gujarat in India. The aim was simple to provide world class “Steel Balls” to Bearing manufacturers in India and across the globe. Initially we started our operations with supplying “Steel Balls” to OEM only with production capacity of 10 tons per month. Simultaneously we started expanding our manufacturing capacity as well as marketing operations across the markets. After establishing our foothold in the domestic markets, we gradually focused on overseas markets as well. With single minded goal to provide quality products with consistent supply at highly reasonable cost we managed to exhilarate our production growth along with the growth of our long term customers. With well qualified and experienced top management and one of the best team of production engineers in the industry, we maintained our pace of production increase year by year with installation of new Japanese machineries and reached to 20 tons per month in 2004. With growing demand in domestic as well as international markets we further expanded our stable with installation of technologically advance heading machines from Germany in 2007. Due to state-of-the-art production facility housing every process under one roof, technologically advance machineries, world class production standards and constant Quality control we have been awarded quite a few national and international recognition including IATF 16949:2016 Certification by world renowned body viz. TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH. To provide extraordinary quality “Steel Balls” we installed ZKL ball manufacturing plant from Czechoslovakia in 2009 which has further increased our product quality and production capacity. Till the end of 2012 we have added up 32% extra production capacity making total tally of 80 tons per month. For enhanced product finish we have introduced Bakelite lapping process with G10 Quality standard from 2012. When we look at the cumulative growth of the company, we have increased our turnover three fold in last five years. Our success lies in our human resource; we have a strong team of 100+ personnel including Production Engineers, R&D Personnel, Quality Control Personnel and Skill Workers with in-depth experience in Steel Balls, Tapered Rollers and Cylindrical Rollers manufacturing industry. It is their dedication, whole hearted efforts and perseverance which have resulted in to unprecedented success of our organization. Our product range for “Steel Balls” varies from 5/32” to 1-1/2”, various size of Steel Balls, Tapered and Cylindrical Rollers are manufactured from imported SAE-52100 alloy steel wire made by (Asco Metal-France, Daido-Japan POSCO-KOREA and KOBE-JAPAN). To cope with the increasing demand in domestic as well as international markets, company plans to further adding up production capacity in coming days to manufacture big size Steel Balls, Tapered Rollers and Cylindrical Rollers.
