Sri Venkateswara Coir Products Pvt Ltd was incorporated in December, 1992 and commenced production of Rubberized Coir Products on 11th February, 1994 at Hyderabad with the brand name “Relaxwell”, which is the company’s registered trademark. SVCPPL is registered with the Bureau of Indian Standards and has an ISI License. We are an ISO 9001 certified company as well. Under the able and determined guidance of our management, the brand acceptability and market share has been growing over the past 3 decades and in 2009 the company commenced production of Bonnel Spring and in 2011 of Pocketed Spring mattresses. In 2012, the company set up a state-of-the-art PU Foam plant with a continuous foaming machine from leading European manufacturer, Laader Berg (Norway). The PU Foam plant houses both circular and vertical cutting machines from industry-leading manufacturers, Fecken-Kirfel (Germany). Our recent expansion comprises of Long Slitters for Peeled Foams, and 2-axis CNC cutting machine for cutting of various designs, adding greater efficiency, precision and variety to our PU Foam products. SVCPPL has 4 state-of-the-art facilities spread over more than 300,000 sqft in Hyderabad with well trained and qualified manpower for manufacturing Mattresses, PU Foam and Coir. We also have a well-equipped laboratory for testing all our products.
