Cotton Seed Oil Soap

Soap is obtained by washing oil with caustic lye to remove the fatty acids. - Free fatty acids react with caustic lye to form liquid soap. - The liquid soap is again treated with concentrated sulphuric acid and a little salt is added to make it into hard soap, which is sold to various reputed companies.
