This company was promoted by Mr. G. Paramashiva who are pioneers in steel business since 1987. Initially, the co., was engaged in trading activity in the name of M/s. Suresh Metal Craft, selling Metal sections, ERW Steel Tubes, Angles, Channels, & Flats. Subsequently in the year 1997, Ventured into manufacturing of Metal sections in the name of M/s. Suresh Metal Industries (Partnership firm). The product was well accepted in the market. Subsequently in the year 2001, we set up narrow pickling, cold rolling and narrow slitting line. In the year 2003, we set up our unit II with facility of WIDE Coil pickling & wider slitting. Since, we had vast knowledge about ERW tubes and as forward integration we set up unit III in the year 2003, with two tube mills for manufacturing ERW precision tubes which has got huge potential and wider end application. We commissioned commercial production in the year 2003. These tubes are widely used in furniture industry, construction industry, General Engineering industry, Automobile industry and mostly routed through trade segment. Our tubes are well accepted in all the above segments. We are catering through out Karnataka, TamilNadu & Kerala through various dealer network. During the year 2005, we converted M/s Suresh Metal Industries (partnership firm) into Private Limited Co., in the name & style of M/s. Suresh Steel Tubes Pvt Ltd, converting the same partners as directors. In the year 2006, we expanded the facility to manufacture CDW Tubes (Cold Drawn welded Tubes) which is widely used in automobile industry. This is value added product of ERW Tubes. We are the second Co., in Karnataka & third Co., in the entire south manufacturing the above product. Presently, there is slow down in automobile segment and therefore we have partly diversified this unit to draw bright bars which is having huge potential in trade segment .
